Fix compilation of HouseholderQR and ColPivotingHouseholderQR for non-square fixed-size matrices. For Colpiv that was just changing MatrixQType to MatrixType in the instantiation of HouseholderSequence. For HouseholderQR I also re-ported the solve method from Colpiv as there were multiple issues.
